How do I get to Heaven?

There is only one way to get to Heaven, and that is by accepting Christ's sacrifice made on the cross of Calvary. Salvation comes not by works but by grace through faith in the Son of God.
"That if though shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9.

Do I need to be baptized?

We are saved through surrender to Christ. We are baptized in obedience to the word of God and the New Testament as a testimony of our faith. Jesus, the sinless Son of God and our example, was baptized. 
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38.
